My room was quiet, the air conditioning was superb! Resorting to room service, I indulged in an enormous omelet that arrived quickly.

Elevators were frustratingly slow, with waits up to 40 minutes, making access challenging during peak times.

I was incredibly frustrated with my stay. The elevators were out of order, making it a nightmare just getting to my floor. I even got stuck, and after waiting for help, it felt like an eternity. To top it all off, my room key didn’t work upon my arrival, leading to a 20-minute hassle just to get inside. The service I expected was completely lacking. it was a dreadful experience.

Great spot right by the beach! Our room was spacious with a lovely view, and the indoor pool was a hit with the kiddos. The arcade kept them entertained for hours!

I recently stayed for two nights in a spacious room with a beautiful ocean view. The location was fantastic, just steps from the boardwalk, and the friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. However, I experienced long elevator waits and the pool was unexpectedly closed during my stay, which was disappointing.

Whew, the culinary scene nearby really made the trip! Guy Fieri's Chophouse rocks with mouthwatering meats just a stone's throw away. Plus, the restaurant staff at Claridge genuinely knew how to keep the good vibes flowing! Those waitresses were super friendly, making meals even sweeter.

Now, about the room keys – we were sent into an occupied room first. After some back-and-forth with reception, it took five tries just to get into our room!

Had a wonderful experience at the Claridge. The staff was very attentive, especially Janiya, who promptly addressed our concerns. The room was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable environment for work. The follow-up call to check on our stay was a nice touch. The bell service was efficient, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning.

Every nook of this place radiates charm! The room was so spacious that it felt like my very own retreat, complete with a comfortable bed that made me want to sleep in forever. I enjoyed the stunning views of the bright city skyline right outside my window, which lit up my evenings beautifully.
